Jo Stokes Pop Up March 2013 Guildhall Stafford

Mothers day this year I got involved with JoJo’s Vintage emporium in the Guildhall Stafford for a 4 day pop up shop. Approx 12 small businesses all getting together for the four days, there was JoJo’s Interiors, Jo’s stuff is fab vintage furniture but with a shabby chic twist and lots of gorgeous nik naks for the home. You can also view and buy Jo Stokes stunning array of items in Boughey House Hair Salon in Newport Shropshire. Along with Jo we had Jenny, she makes great stained glass wall hangings, mirrors etc. There were delights of Emma Taylors yummy cupcakes.Handmade chocolate from Estelle .How splendid were there selling cute candles and tweed purses. Lee Jenks stunning bunting and aprons. Tracey Startin of Stitch Galore, her smartphone cases and iPad cases are gorgeous. Su Parkes lovely collage canvasses are delightful, painstakingly adding the most adorable fabrics and textures to canvas to make brilliant unique wall hangings. I am walking around the shop in my mind to try and recall the rest of the business I was so privileged to be with and next there was Alice Steele, her children’s clothing are just delightful and I remember feeling like I had missed out for my daughter  to wear them and wished I’d known about them when she was a little younger. I was so pleased to have also worked alongside Michelle from Beauty-Inc and Shirley from Health and Holistica. What A fab bunch of ladies. I am hoping to work with them again soon when Jo and Michelle will be opening a beautiful new shop in Penkridge called The Little Emporium early September.
